You can expect an Environmental Impact (CO2) Rating of 90% (B) + using compliant insulation and thermal bridging methods with our annexes.
The days of electric panel heaters and unvented hot water cylinders are long gone - we’ve got the SAPs to prove it.
For new builds, expect the requirement of Solar PV or ASHPs and direct cylinders, or a combination of these, to achieve an EPC of C and above. Any assessor-designed systems will be charged for, though we’ll coordinate their installation during the build.
We’ll need to involve a SAP assessor at the early stages of the design process, who will advise on the best way to navigate the build towards an EPC of at least a C.
