You’ll find that there are no hidden tricks when creating a long-lasting building. Our design respects and naturally interacts with the behavioural properties of different materials.

  • Weather protection

    Each KOPPI is wrapped with Siberian Larch, which is clad vertically with open joins. We use this because of its functional properties such as durability, stability and fungi resistivity. The colour naturally turns to a subtle grey tone, which we fully encourage.

  • Thermal core

    PIR insulation which acts as a barrier between your interior space and the weather extremes outside. This insulation is also layered to reduce thermal bridges in the frame. A VPC layer prevents any condensation happening inside your KOPPI.

  • Calming interiors

    Our design ethos is all about simplistic function and natural character, which is why we exhibit organic textures inside your KOPPI with a Birch lining. This encourages stimulation and increased productivity, whilst maintaining a calm atmosphere.

Thermal performance.

A U-Value is the coefficient which quantifies heat lost as thermal transmittance through an assembly of construction components; the lower the value, the better the performance.
